B&G's truck beds are a sandwich of gel-coat paint finish, fiberglass, Contour Kore by Baltek, kore mat, steel reinforcement, and then more fiberglass and gelcoat.
Quality craftsmanship is a B & G Fiberglass hallmark. We design for beauty, grace, usability and strength, and stand by each one of our products.Our fiberglass bed is lighter than steel thereby enhancing performance on smaller engines and lowering the center of gravity for greater stability.
GUARANTEE: No otherToyota truck bed manufacturer offers our unique guarantee. The economy and standard truck beds carry a one year warranty on manufacturing defects. The deluxe truck bed units carry a lifetime warranty offering full replacement: color finish and damage due to accidents are not covered by guarantee.
Take note of the pounding fiberglass speed boats take.B&G uses the same strong materials and single unit building techniques as are used in the fiberglass boat construction. Our truck beds are hand rolled by experienced craftsmen with special attention paid to all stress areas.There are no poprivets, styrofoam fillers, resin fillers, nor do we make multi piece sidewall and floor area sections, all of these things lead to a weak product. The one other material you will never find in our product is plywood or 2X's for the simple fact they rot,warp and delaminate.

QUALITY BEGINS !
The mold prep is the beginning of our excellence, without a class "A" mold finish you cannot have a high gloss product finish. We take pride in the way we maintain the molds.
| COLORS FAD!
We are the only fiberglass bed manufacturer that offers a complete line of colors for our product finish. The customers fad or preference shall be met. Our spray-up technicians ensure that the gelcoat finish is between 16 and 20 mils thick.

STRENGTH; A MUST!
The fiberglass, polyester resin, catylist mixture ratio is very important for a strong durable product. We regulate this mixture very intensively to insure the strongest possible mix.
| DURABILITY IS A REALITY!!
To have a durable product you must have total compaction of all materials put into the product. We achieve this by taking on the task of hand rolling each part; giving you a tightly nit, durable product.
